The front desk person..I believe his name is Mitchell..was very friendly, professional and did everything possible to make our stay a good one. Our room was not ready so we had to wait for a while. He offered us water and kept us informed of the progress in getting our room ready and gave us a card for a free breakfast. Really high marks for him and other staff we had contact with including the housekeeper who did a superb job with our room. Buffet breakfast was good and offered everything that anyone would want. Nicely displayed and the server was was on the ball without being intrusive.

The staff was excellent. We celebrated our 55th wedding anniversary and was given a room upgrade and breakfast for our entire stay. Thanks and blessings. Staff was great and daily breakfast was a wonderful bonus This was a stay cation, so pleasant and convenient for our needs

Outstanding customer service from the front desk all shifts. Took extra care with customers. The bar personnel Brian, Alexis and Zack were also attentive and kept everyone served. Great personalities in everyone. Would stay there again!

Jeffrey’s level of professionalism and hospitality is unmatched!!!! He was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was nothing short of amazing!!!! we were there for my daughters dance convention at a different location. the hotel it was in a great location. close to restaurants and shopping. The staff was amazing and super nice. the room was clean. would definitely stay again.

The stay was great for the night I stayed. The room was clean, staff was nice, pool area was good and bar/restaurant. My only complaint is that the outside needs to be updated as well as the rooms. I also feel a microwave and mini fridge should be added as well to every room.

Just kidding about the boat. Everyone at this location was above reproach, they were all very friendly and attentive to any need. You have a great staff here make sure you don’t lose any one. Thanks Jessie Morgan

This hotel is rather dated and is in need of a renovation. The Double beds were disappointing. They were low to the ground and uncomfortable , huge disappointment. On the other hand the lobby and restaurant inside of the hotel was beautiful. The pools were pretty awesome for our little staycation/getaway. The location of this hotel is pretty cool also. Close to great restaurants and shopping venues. Overall not so bad, I desired comfortable beds and a updated appearance.
